You must read and agree with our terms and conditions before buying online or over the phone. When buying goods from our website you enter an agreement with FeliSafe of 41 Brookfield Avenue, Crosby L23 3DN. The agreement will be concluded when you place the order.
The fencing kits we sell are made according to your sizes and specifications. Please understand that it is your own responsibility to take the correct measurements of your garden area (or the specific landscape area) at which the materials are to be used/located.
We cannot accept returns and make refunds due to the wrong information or measurements being supplied by you.
Also please note that the brackets we supply are hand made and as such there will be slight variations in the dimensions/angles of them. This is normal and will have no bearing on the installation or effectiveness of the system.
All inquiries regarding placed orders or customer services must be done via the contact page, direct email or telephone.
We will always check the orders with you. After placing the order please double check all the specifications of the materials ordered.
We specify the delivery time needed on every quotation we make. Please note that if, for example, we specify 7 days it means 7 working days from the moment payment reaches our bank account (usually within 24 hours). Most of our fencing materials are made to measure and we would need time to make them and deliver them so we would ask for your patience. The specified delivery terms do not apply during busy times of the year like: Spring and Summer.
Deliveries in certain areas are subject to extra charges after an order has been placed, areas in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and others. We will inform the customer of any extra charge from the carrier as soon as possible.
Redelivery charge on made to measure goods: In the case the carrier has tried to deliver and the customer wasn't in and the carrier has left a card or a message on the phone and the customer has not contacted the carrier in order to arrange a convenient time for delivery and the goods have returned to us, we will apply a (£15-£20) redelivery charge.
On delivery the package must be inspected against any damages and the customer will sign the courier paper as damaged if this is the case. Any received orders that have been signed as damaged must be reported back to us by email or telephone. In any case we request customers to inspect the goods received and report any issues within a reasonable time of 14 days. We also reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported.
Cancellations / Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) you have 14 days from the time of receipt of the goods to cancel and a further 14 days to return the items. Once received and inspected a refund will be issued providing they are unused and undamaged. Made to measure goods are excluded from this legislation and the 14 day cancellation rights do not apply and we do not accept returns of goods that have been custom made. Cancellations are still possible as long as these products or parts of them have not been made and prepared in accordance with the order placed. Other products which are not made to measure can be returned at the customer’s own expense and we request these products to be returned within 28 days.
